We provide leading solutions to Agriculture & Aquaculture...

Magan (MgSO₄) is Magnesium Sulphate (Magnesium 9.5% + Sulfur 12.5%), a salt available as a white crystalline solid, soluble in water.

Crops that will most benefit from the use of Magan include rice, maize, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, and roses. Magan may also be commonly added to potted plants.

Registration No: Importer (IMP) 7695

Loss of colour at the tips of the lower leaves indicates mild deficiency of Magnesium

If the deficiency is more serious, the yellowing progresses between the veins toward the centre of the leaf.

The main use of Magan in agriculture is to revive the deficiency of Magnesium in the soil.

It is best used as base fertilizer, to be applied before the land is cultivated. It can also be mixed with other fertilizers and applied to the soil.

Please request proper guidance from designated government agriculture extension specialists where your farm is located.

The main roles of Magan in plants:

1. In the formation of chlorophyll and of enzyme activators, photosynthesis, protein formation and energy transfer all depend, in part, on an adequate            supply of magnesium.

2. It is taken up by plants as the ion Mg 2+ and is mobile once in the plant, so can move from older to younger tissues.

3. Sulphur provides health and vigour to the crops.
